These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and ar444 ("the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ar444 website, mobile interface and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots and any other gaming products offered at https://ar444.cam ("the Site").

ar444 is an English-language online gaming information and platform site targeting adult players in Pakistan. The Site provides access to sports betting, live casino and slot gaming content. All activities on the Platform are subject to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms are available in English only. No translation of these Terms into any other language — including Urdu — shall be considered authoritative. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any other language version, the English text governs.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ar444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not located in a Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or at the time of any transaction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer or director of ar444 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not been diagnosed with a gambling addiction or been the subject of a court order restricting your ability to enter into binding contracts.
• The funds you deposit are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility criteria listed above. If at any point you cease to satisfy any eligibility criterion, you must immediately cease using the Platform and notify ar444's support team.

To access the full features of ar444, you must register a personal Account. You may hold only one Account per person. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, IP address or household — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process. You must promptly update this information whenever it changes. ar444 reserves the right to verify any information you provide and to request supporting documentation at any time.

5.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account. You must notify ar444 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. ar444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

5.3 KYC Verification

Before processing withdrawal requests above a threshold determined by the Operator, or in response to suspicious activity, ar444 may require you to complete a KYC verification process. This may include submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in temporary Account suspension.

ar444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and such other currencies as may be made available by the Operator from time to time. Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the cashier at the time of the transaction.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar Pakistani payment rails for informational context only. ar444 does not claim endorsement, affiliation or gambling-transaction support from any payment provider. Method availability in the cashier is subject to change without notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and may vary by payment method. These are displayed in the cashier interface at the time of the transaction. The Operator reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its discretion.

Deposited funds are not held in a segregated trust account unless expressly stated otherwise by the Operator. Players should be aware that in the event of insolvency, deposited funds may not be protected.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. No withdrawal will be processed until all applicable conditions are satisfied.

• The Account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• No active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements may be attached to the withdrawal-eligible balance unless the bonus has been forfeited.
• The withdrawal method must match the method used for the most recent deposit, unless expressly permitted otherwise by the Operator.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to compliance review, which may extend processing times in cases of suspicious activity or incomplete verification.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per request and per period, as displayed in the cashier.

Processing times stated in the cashier are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah may take longer to clear than mobile wallet transactions. Actual timelines depend on the payment provider's own processing schedules, your verification status and any applicable compliance checks.

ar444 may offer promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers and refer-a-friend rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The general rules in this clause apply unless superseded by the individual promotion terms.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable). The applicable multiplier, eligible games, time limit and maximum withdrawal arising from bonus play are set out in the individual promotion terms.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or coordinated play to manipulate bonus outcomes — is prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the Account, where bonus abuse is identified.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been used or released through wagering within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. No compensation will be payable for expired bonus funds.

8.4 Withdrawal of Active Bonuses

If you request a withdrawal while a bonus with outstanding wagering requirements is active, you may be required to forfeit the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings before the withdrawal can be processed. The cashier will clearly indicate whether an active bonus must be forfeited prior to processing.

All wagers placed on ar444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product in question — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or other game categories. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific product rules, the specific product rules take precedence for that product.

9.1 Sportsbook

Betting markets on sports including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 tournaments, ICC events, domestic and international football, UFC and other live sports are offered subject to the Sportsbook Rules. The Operator reserves the right to void, suspend or restrict any market without prior notice. Void bets are settled at unit stake (i.e., the stake is returned). Incorrect odds published due to technical error will not be honoured; affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

9.2 Casino & Slots

Casino games are offered via software provided by third-party game studios. Each game's paytable, rules and example RTP figures are available within the game interface. RTP figures are statistical averages over large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual outcomes. Results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

9.3 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round or live betting event, the Operator will attempt to complete the round using the last valid game state recorded on the server. The Operator is not responsible for losses arising from connection interruptions caused by your internet service provider, device failure or local network issues.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ar444. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account.
• Providing false identity information or submitting forged documentation.
• Attempting to launder money or using the Platform in connection with any illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or any mechanical or electronic means to access, query or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market.
• Charging back, reversing or disputing any legitimate transaction through your bank or payment provider.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward Platform staff or other users.

ar444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from within the Account settings.

Players who believe that gambling may be affecting them negatively are encouraged to use these tools and to seek independent support. ar444 will process self-exclusion requests with due priority. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no promotional communications will be sent.

ar444 operates an 18+ only policy. Being 18 years of age does not, in itself, make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Players must independently satisfy themselves that their use of the Platform is lawful under local law. For full details, please read our Responsible Gambling Policy.

ar444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a payment provider.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request.
• Detection of activity that suggests the Account is being operated by an automated process.
• At the Operator's absolute discretion, where it considers continued operation of the Account is contrary to its interests or those of the integrity of the Platform.

Where an Account is closed by the Operator without cause attributable to the Player, any remaining verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to KYC completion.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily should contact the support team. Real-money balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal, subject to standard withdrawal conditions and verification requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar444 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, connectivity interruptions, server downtime or any other event outside the Operator's direct control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, game RTP figures or market data.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or any specific product rules.
• Losses arising from the conduct of third-party payment providers, game software providers or other third parties whose services are integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ar444 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of any information displayed, or the uninterrupted availability of any service.

All content on the ar444 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, software, game assets and documentation — is the property of ar444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of ar444.

You must not frame, scrape or mirror any part of the Platform. You must not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice on the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar444 holds its operating licence. Specific jurisdictional details are available on request to the support team.

These Terms do not constitute legal advice regarding the lawfulness of online gambling in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for obtaining independent legal advice as to whether their use of the Platform complies with local law. ar444 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to the Operator's internal disputes resolution process. Details of this process are available from the support team. If the matter is not resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body as determined by the applicable regulatory framework.

ar444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

For material changes that affect Player rights or obligations, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the contact details associated with your Account. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease using the Platform. You will not be penalised for closing your Account on this basis, and any verified real-money Balance will be returned as set out in Clause 12.
